Our activities

Survey & Bottleneck Mapping - Conduct a targeted survey of Cancer Centers to identify existing processes, hurdles, and resource gaps in clinical-trial management.

Clinicial Trial Management Resource Center - centralized platform to collect, structure, and share SOPs, guidelines, and best practices, supporting standardized trial processes across Europe

Exchange Programs for Trial Professionals - Pair institutions and staff - trial coordinators, data managers, research nurses – to rotate between centers, learning best practices in trial setup, monitoring, and reporting.

Expert Working Groups - Launch thematic expert interactive online meetings (e.g. Cross-border collaboration, Academic Clinical Trials) to share challenges and discuss solutions; and set up an Expert Q&A Platform to address real world clinical trial questions.

Educational Materials for Patients - Provide multimedia toolkits that explain trial design, informed consent, and co-creation opportunities—empowering patients to participate or co-design studies.

Industry & Stakeholder Engagement - Host roundtables with pharma, biotech, and academic sponsors to showcase EUnetCCC’s unified infrastructure and encourage them to partner on academically led or industry-sponsored trials.
