Project brief

This task aims to establish a robust framework and infrastructure for network activities within the EU Network of CCCs. By creating tools, processes, and resources, it supports collaborative organizational efforts, enabling joint activities that deliver benefits across CCCs, member states, and the EU.

Our activities

Toolbox Design & Development - Assemble and refine working tools—guideline templates, workshop blueprints, survey instruments, data-mapping utilities, and an interactive ICT platform.

Workshop & Webinar Series - Organize thematic workshops and webinars that introduce and train CCC teams on the new toolbox components.

Interactive Database - Build and launch searchable repositories where centres log activities, share resources, and track collaboration outcomes.

Teaming & Twinning Initiatives - Facilitate formal partnerships between CCCs—pairing experienced centres with those building capacity to co-develop solutions.

Ongoing Support & Alignment - Liaise continuously with WP8.2 and WP8.3 leads to tailor tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration and avoiding duplication.
