Ingrid Jenny Guldvik is WP8 Lead in the EUnetCCC project and Deputy Head of the European Cancer Collaboration Unit at Oslo University Hospital. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Research from the University of Oslo and has nearly two decades of experience in cancer research, with a specialisation in prostate cancer.
Since 2022, she has contributed to several EU initiatives, including as co-lead of WP7 in the Joint Action CraNE, which developed the certification framework for EU Comprehensive Cancer Centres.
Her earlier work includes coordinating international research consortia, developing patented biomarkers for aggressive prostate cancer, and organizing scientific symposia that promote sustainable cancer care.
Guldvik is strongly committed to fostering collaboration across Europe to enhance cancer care, research, and education, uniting professionals and patients in co-creation to accelerate progress and improve outcomes for cancer patients.
